Our Story
Step from the jungle into Plan B Pizza —a modern, welcoming space for wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, tapas, cocktails, and Roatán Island Brewing Company on draft.
More than 20 years ago, Italian expats built a small restaurant here with the region’s first traditional wood-fired pizza oven. The island was different then—rough roads, spotty electricity, limited internet—but the oven stayed, waiting for another chapter.
Two years ago we took over this building and began the quiet work: restoring the oven, refinishing tables and chairs, building out the bar, and shaping a space that feels effortless the moment you step in. Outside, the jungle surrounds you; inside, it’s warm light, good music, and the comfort of a proper meal.
Plan B is our take on a great night out: blistered-crust pizzas, shareable tapas and salads, creative cocktails, a thoughtful wine list—and Roatán Island Brewing Company. Come for a pizza and a pint, stay for the company. We’re proud to bring this room—and its oven—back to life.
